Call IREPA LASER for an audit of your laser systems
IREPA LASER is a specialist of the industrial applications of laser processes and can carry out a personalised study of all the laser systems present in your company. That inspection is aimed at making sure that the systems comply with applicable safety and operating standards and the directives that are in place. During their visit, IREPA LASER technicians will take targeted action on artificial optical radiation (AOR). To that end, they will use specific instruments to measure laser radiation and quantify radiation emissions accurately. Performance of laser audits also affects manufacturers of laser sources, machine manufacturers, laboratories, show managers and any other organisations using laser devices.
Points inspected during a laser safety audit
The staff of IREPA LASER will travel to your premises in order to inspect your laser systems. The audit covers several areas: measurement of sealing of guards, verification of classification and layout of machines, inspection of technical specifications and/or collective and personal protective equipment. Our technicians also check the labelling, marking and documentation. They can also verify the medical supervision of personnel. The employees of IREPA LASER use an Ophir Vega device with a variety of probes adapted for the different systems.
After the audit is completed, IREPA LASER will submit a complete report in order to inform you and help you bring your laser systems in line with requirements. The report may also be added to your technical file.
