Job description
Reporting to the general management, you will develop your network of representatives and sale DED metal additive manufacturing services to key accounts in the aeronautics, space and oil & gas industries in Europe.
Your main missions
- Development and commercial follow-up : setting up partnership with new key accounts and retailers. Follow-up and organization of the sales administration.
- Management of the sales staff : hiring and coaching of new agents
- Operational follow-up : definition and monitoring of business objectives, data and KPIs analysis, sales forecasts, optimization of the customer journey.
In this context, you will report regularly to the general management on the development of the activity.
Profile required
Engineer or similar. You have at least a 5-year experience, exclusively gained in the industry and / or technological innovation. You have a strong appetite for challenges related to new manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 issues.
You are familiar with aeronautics, space, oil & gas markets and have a good knowledge of Additive Manufacturing network in Europe.
Autonomous, dynamic and with a strategic vision, you make your team adhere to your projects.
