New MOOC on “Additive Manufacturing: 3D Printing in Industry”!

This MOOC offers dynamic training through video lessons, interactive activities, meetings with industry representatives and practical examples.

Academic experts will present a classification of the many additive manufacturing technologies, the opportunities and challenges associated with each of them, and the industrial issues. Industrial companies will describe their professional practices by opening the doors of their workshops.

In the week “Focus on solid feedstock processes”, you will discover the following companies:

• Constructions-3D with Antoine URQUIZAR on an example of extrusion technology
• CIRTES – Fabrication Additive / Monitoring 4.0 with Claude BARLIER on additive manufacturing by layer stratification
• IREPA LASER with Didier BOISSELIER on directed energy deposition technologies

This course is led by Helene CHANAL and Corentin DOUELLOU – SIGMA Clermont.
