Looking back on the SCIC IREPA LASER partners’ forum – 2022 edition

“The Green Escape” was the theme of the third annual Forum of the SCIC IREPA LASER. It was held on 19 October at the Villa Mathis in Le Hohwald.

In these times of profound change, there is nothing like reconnecting with nature. The idea was to enjoy a nature retreat in an unusual and authentic setting to create the right conditions for reflecting on the innovations and actions to be implemented in the years ahead.

Working sessions and reporting alternated with outdoor activities. It was an opportunity for the managers to highlight certain aspects of their areas of responsibility – what had gone well and less well since the SCIC was founded – and for the industrial partners to present their development prospects with IREPA LASER.

The CSI, led by Richard Saenger, took a fresh look at our SCIC, suggesting avenues for improvement and innovation while taking into account our sustainable development goals and our commitment to reducing the company’s carbon footprint.

Making the most of the inspiring setting of the Vosges mountains and in order to explore this adventure playground, the partners took an active part in a collective intelligence workshop on foot, in a joyful and good-humoured atmosphere.
