About the speaker
Frédérique Machi is head of metal laser beam welding activities at IREPA LASER. A metallurgist by training and a graduate of ESSA, she notably managed the “Metallurgy and chemical analysis” department of an industrial laboratory. With IREPA LASER since 2001, she puts her expertise to work in developing laser processes. Close to the field, she plays an active role in the use of lasers in production and in the development of new welding techniques.
