About the speaker

Frédérique Machi is the expert and manager in charge of laser beam metal welding activities at IREPA LASER. A metallurgist by training and a graduate of ESSA, she notably managed the “Metallurgy and Chemical Analysis” department of an industrial laboratory. At IREPA LASER since 2001, she puts her expertise to work for the development of laser processes. Close to the shop floor, she actively contributes to the use of lasers in production and to the development of new welding techniques. In this webinar, Frédérique will reveal the key steps to anticipate, understand and resolve industrial risk.
