Looking back at the E-MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit 2019

The E-MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit was held in Warsaw, Poland, from 16 to 19 September 2019.

The programme of this international conference included 22 parallel symposia with invited speakers, oral and poster presentations, as well as a plenary session enabling participants to discuss recent advances in materials science. Numerous products and services were also showcased in an exhibition.

In this context, IREPA LASER co-organised – with CIRTES, SIRRIS and AIMEN – the conference session: “3D printing and additive manufacturing for the industry of the future”.

Our additive manufacturing expert, Didier BOISSELIER, was a member of the scientific committee.

Three other IREPA LASER specialists also presented their work in the field of lasers and materials.

Upcoming events not to be missed:

• The E-MRS 2020 Spring Meeting will take place from 25 to 29 May in Strasbourg
• The E-MRS 2020 Fall Meeting will take place from 14 to 17 September in Warsaw
