The French Labour Code states that if there is even the slightest possibility of exposure to laser radiation above Class 2, the employer must provide training for its staff. This training course allows the employer to authorise the people trained to work on Class 1 to 4 lasers, in addition to medical fitness. It should be remembered that maintenance and alignment are the leading causes of accidents on laser systems. More than anyone else, technicians are exposed and therefore directly concerned by this level of laser safety training.
This training course is intended for maintenance/methods technicians, setters, optical bench operators, laser system installers, lighting technicians, stage managers, medical staff…
Our trainers are accredited by the Commission Nationale de Sécurité Optique & Laser, which guarantees recognition of the training by the French photonics federation (Photonics France).
