How do our innovation projects of yesterday meet the needs of tomorrow?

“When I started at IREPA LASER, we were already talking about repair, reducing the time and the kilometres parts are transported from one site to another, and also reducing energy consumption. Concerns that resonate very strongly today as we become increasingly aware of sustainable development and the carbon impact of our activities.”

40 years – a large part of your life has been devoted to IREPA LASER. What has it brought you personally and professionally?

“Very good colleagues and friends, a great variety of projects and a great development of skills on my side, but also for all the people I have had the chance to train!”

How do you see the next 40 years at IREPA LASER?

“A time horizon that I can’t imagine, but I have confidence in our young colleagues, who will chart IREPA LASER’s path to great success.”
