About the speaker
Frédérique Machi is an expert and head of metal laser beam welding activities at IREPA LASER. A metallurgist by training and a graduate of ESSA, she notably managed the “Metallurgy and chemical analyses” department of an industrial laboratory. At IREPA LASER since 2001, she puts her expertise to work in the development of laser processes. With strong hands-on experience, she actively contributes to the use of lasers in production and to the development of new welding techniques. In this webinar, Frédérique will reveal the advantages and drawbacks of laser welding of stainless steel through 3 industrial use cases.
