New laser cutting training course
IREPA LASER and UIMM offer a new training course: implementing laser cutting
IREPA LASER and the Lorraine technology industries training centre (UIMM) have joined forces to offer a new training course focused on implementing laser cutting. It will run over 3 days from 1 to 3 October 2019 in Henriville (57).
Understanding the laser cutting process
Knowing the laser cutting process in order to understand your machine’s parameters: that is the objective of this new course. The training aims to give trainees the theoretical basics and then put them straight to work on an industrial laser cutting machine. It includes setting parameters in order to optimise the cutting process, so that trainees can manage the quality and productivity of their laser machine. The 4 modules making up the course provide a complete programme, from basic operating principles to safety.
The importance of hands-on practice on machines
Aimed at operators, cutting machine setters, installation managers and process and maintenance technicians, this laser cutting training requires general technical knowledge. The course begins with a theoretical part and quickly becomes hands-on. Trainees are trained directly on industrial laser cutting machines.
