Sustainable development
IREPA LASER is a research and development company rooted in the Grand Est region, and more specifically in Alsace. We operate at national level with a European ambition. The nature of our activities and the footprint we leave are at the heart of societal challenges relating to people, the environment or ethics. In response to these challenges, IREPA LASER and its members aim to become leaders in innovative and responsible manufacturing processes using lasers.
We conduct our activities with a Corporate Social Responsibility approach aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
- Identifying the SDGs most relevant to our activities in order to focus our efforts on the areas where we can make a direct contribution.
- Seizing the SDGs as an opportunity to better measure and promote our overall technological contribution to society.
Together we are building our CSR approach (Corporate Social Responsibility) on four pillars of action: sustainable growth, integrating environmental and climate protection into our strategy, respect and the engagement of employees and suppliers, and contributing to the economic development of our region.
To continue its commitment, IREPA LASER joined Initiatives Durables in July 2021.
Founded in 2004, Initiatives Durables is an association run by professionals from the responsible economy. It is a leading network in the Grand Est region committed to economic, social and environmental responsibility.
The aim? To receive support and be put in touch with the people who will help us go further, always with a view to continuous improvement.
