New decree on AOR (ROA)

The decree of 1 March 2016 sets out the procedures for assessing the risks arising from exposure to artificial optical radiation (ROA) in the workplace.

It specifies the means to be implemented by the employer in order to carry out the assessment of risks and exposure levels (document analysis, calculation and measurement). It also sets out the conditions for measuring the characteristic quantities of ROA exposure with regard to the existing regulatory standards in this field.

Our training courses already take into account this new decree, which comes into force on 1 April 2016.
